I am disappointed and feel let down by Thomas’ lack of professionalism and honesty. He has caused me so much distress after I hired him for my flooring job. The overall experience was horrible for me when his van crashed into the side of my parked car on my drive while he was pulling out causing significant damage to the wing, bumper and headlamp. He promised to fix the car either privately or insurance and I paid him the full balance in trust. It’s been over a month he has stopped picking calls or responding to messages and I feel let down by Thomas and his company Affordable flooring!
