About Us Completed in November 2009 the shopping centre has brought a host of new retailers into the town. Work started on the Sanderson Arcade development in July 2008. The elegant Edwardian style arcade opening out onto a central piazza houses some of the country's best loved high street names as well as some of the North East's leading specialist retailers.
